摘 要:以某型号双柱立式数控车床为研究对象,建立整机有限元模型,对整机进行静力学分析和动态分析。通过静力学分析得到双柱立式数控车床应力云图、位移云图,以及应力和变形的最大危险位置,验证双柱立式数控车床精度,得出双柱立式数控车床设计较为保守的结论,可以对整机或部分零部件进行优化。通过动态分析得到双柱立式数控车床前四阶固有频率和振型,确认双柱立式数控车床在实际运行过程中不会出现共振现象,为结构设计与优化提供技术支持。Taking a certain type of double-column vertical CNC lathe as the research object,the finite element model of the whole machine was established,and the static analysis and dynamic analysis of the whole machine were carried out.Through static analysis,the stress cloud map,displacement cloud map,and the most dangerous position of stress and deformation were obtained.By verifying the accuracy of the double-column vertical CNC lathe,it is concluded that the design of the double-column vertical CNC lathe is relatively conservative,so that the whole machine or some parts can be optimized.Through dynamic analysis,the first four-order natural frequencies and mode shapes of the double-column vertical CNC lathe were obtained.It is confirmed that the double-column vertical CNC lathe will not appear resonance effect in the actual operation process,which provides technical support for structural design and optimization.
