摘  要:针对配油盘侧孔传统加工中存在的劳动强度大、质量不稳定、工时费高等问题,设计了配油盘侧孔自动加工机床。介绍了这一机床的基本结构和工作原理,分析了动力头、定位分度机构、夹紧装置等关键零部件,并给出了工作过程。通过实际使用,这一机床能够有效降低劳动强度和钻头、夹具等的损耗,具有加工效率高、加工质量好、便于生产管理等优点。Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity,unstable quality and high labor cost in the traditional processing of the side hole of the oil distribution pan,a machine tool for automatic processing of the side hole of the oil distribution pan was designed.The basic structure and working principle of this machine tool were introduced,the key components such as power head,positioning and indexing mechanism,clamping device were analyzed,and the working process was given.Through practical use,this machine tool can effectively reduce labor intensity,wear and tear of drill bit and fixture,and has the advantages of high processing efficiency,good processing quality,and easy production management.
