摘 要:针对钢带跑偏这一连续辊压复合生产线调试和运行过程中存在的问题,设计了连续辊压复合生产线驱动辊自纠偏辊形。采用最简单的自纠偏辊形——单锥度辊,通过辊面与钢带间的作用力分析,得到钢带运行的纠偏力公式,进而得到纠偏位移计算公式。根据自纠偏辊形设计原则,综合各方面因素,确定驱动辊采用凸度辊形,并求得辊面曲线方程。通过驱动辊凸度辊形设计,在提高自纠偏能力的同时有效提升液压纠偏装置的纠偏能力,保证钢带稳定运行,为连续辊压复合生产线驱动辊的设计提供理论依据和基础。In view of steel strip off tracking,a problem existing during the commissioning and operational process of the continuous roll-in compound production line,the roll shape with self-correction ability in the continuous roll-in compound production line was designed.Using the simplest self-correcting roller shape—single taper roller,through the acting force analysis between the roller surface and the steel strip,the correcting force formula of the steel strip operation is obtained,and then the correcting displacement calculation formula is obtained.According to the design principle of self-correcting roller shape,by integrating all aspects of factors,it is determined that the drive roller adopts convex roller shape,and the curve equation of the roller surface is obtained.Through the convex roller shape designed for the drive roller,the correcting ability of the hydraulic correcting device for off-tracking is effectively improved while improving the self-correction ability for off-tracking,ensuring the stable operation of the steel strip,and providing a theoretical basis and foundation for the design of the drive roller of the continuous roll-in compound production line.
