摘　　要：钣金件是空调的重要组成部分,其设计和工艺对空调性能及成本会产生重要影响。介绍了空调钣金件的设计流程、设计要点和应当注意的问题,并从下料排版、折弯方向、同轴孔对中三个方面提出空调钣金件的工艺优化,从而提升空调钣金件的质量和市场竞争力。The sheet metal part is an important part of air conditioner,and its design and process have a significant impact on air conditioning performance and cost.The design process,design highlights and issues that should be paid attention to in air conditioner sheet metal part were introduced,and the process optimization of air conditioner sheet metal part was proposed from three aspects such as unloading&layout,bending direction and coaxial hole alignment,so as to improve the quality and market competitiveness of air conditioner sheet metal part.
