手机屏幕异形激光切割设备的设计

摘　　要：传统的手机屏幕加工方式主要通过切片、开槽、倒边、打磨等工序完成,需要在不同的加工设备上进行,加工过程烦琐。对此,设计了一种手机屏幕异形激光切割设备,集手机屏幕异形切割、倒角、磨边功能于一体。介绍了这一设备的结构,对驱动电机的选型进行了计算,并进行了环境与经济性分析。The traditional processing method for mobile phone screen is mainly completed by slicing,grooving,edge pouring,burnishing and other processes,which need to be carried out on different processing equipment,and the processing process is cumbersome.In this regard,a kind of special-shaped laser cutting equipment for mobile phone screen was designed,which integrates the functions of special-shaped cutting,chamfering and edge grinding for mobile phone screen.The structure of this equipment was introduced,the selection of the drive motor was calculated,and the environmental and economic analysis was carried out.
