摘　　要：市场化方式推进流域治理是生态治理领域重要的改革创新举措,在梳理国内外市场化方式推进流域治理经验的基础上,总结了永定河流域推行市场化治理以来,开展的实践与探索工作,分析了市场化推进流域治理存在的主要问题,并在政企合作、体制机制创新等方面,提出了如何发挥政府和市场作用的具体举措,对市场化方式推进流域治理模式创新具有一定的参考价值。Conducting river basin treatment by marketization is an important reformed and innovative measure in the field of ecological environment remediation. The article summarizs the practice and exploration carried out since the implementation of treatment with marketization in Yongding River Basin on the basis of arranging the experience of conducting river basin treatment by marketization in domestic and abroad. Through analyzing the main problems in conducting river basin treatment by marketization, it proposes specific measures on how to give play to the role of the government and the market in the aspects of government enterprise cooperation, innovation of system and mechanism and etc. It has a certain reference value to promote the innovation of watershed governance model in a market-oriented way.
