辨证分型指导下不同清肠液温度对清肠效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同温度清肠液对不同体质患者清肠效果的影响。方法选取2018年12月—2020年6月于苏州市中医医院脾胃病科行结肠镜检查或治疗的270例患者为研究对象。以患者体质和清肠液温度为变量,将患者分为9组,A组(阳虚质,26~30℃)、B组(阳虚质,36~40℃)、C组(阳虚质,46~50℃)、D组(阴虚质,26~30℃)、E组(阴虚质,36~40℃)、F组(阴虚质,46~50℃)、G组(平和质,26~30℃)、H组(平和质,36~40℃)、I组(平和质,46~50℃),每组30例患者。观察9组患者清肠后的肠道清洁度、患者耐受度、开始腹泻的时间及腹泻的次数。结果阳虚质患者中,C组清肠效果优于A、B组(P<0.05),阴虚质患者中,D组清肠效果优于E、F组(P<0.05),平和质患者中,H组清肠效果优于G、I组(P<0.05)。结论阳虚质患者、阴虚质患者、平和质患者分别采用46~50℃、26~30℃、36~40℃的清肠液能够取得更好的清肠效果。Objective To investigate the effect of different temperature of intestinal liquid on the effect of colon cleansing under the guidance of syndrome differentiation and classification.Methods Totally 270 patients who underwent colonoscopy or treatment were selected as study subjects.According to the patient’s constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine and intestinal fluid temperature,patients were divided into 9 groups:group A(Yang deficiency,26~30℃),group B(Yang deficiency,36~40℃),group C(Yang deficiency,46~50℃),group D(Yin deficiency,26~30℃),group E(Yin deficiency,36~40℃),group F(Yin deficiency,46~50℃),group G(balanced constitution,26~30℃),group H(balanced constitution,36~40℃),group I(balanced constitution,46~50℃),with 30 cases in each group.The colon clean⁃liness,patient tolerance,time of onset of diarrhea and the frequency of diarrhea in 9 groups were observed.Results In patients with Yang-deficient constitution,group C had better colon cleanli⁃ness than group A and B(P<0.05);in patients with Yin-deficient constitution,group D had bet⁃ter bowel colon cleanliness than group E and F(P<0.05);in patients with Yang-deficient consti⁃tution,group H had better colon cleanliness than group G and I(P<0.05).Conclusion Better colon cleanliness can be achieved in patients with Yang-deficiency,Yang-deficiency and balanced constitution by using 46~50℃,26~30℃and 36~40℃intestinal cleaning fluid,respectively.
