分级诊疗制度在突发性传染病护理工作中的应用现况探讨

摘　　要：突发性传染病具有发生突然、传播速度快等特点,若不能在第一时间采取措施遏制其发展,将会对社会稳定和人类健康构成严重威胁。分级诊疗制度可以实现快速分诊,将传染性患者、疑似患者、非传染性患者分开,优化诊疗、护理工作流程。本研究以新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情为例,总结分级诊疗制度在突发性传染病护理工作中研究进展,分析我国目前分级诊疗制度存在的问题,并提出促进分级诊疗制度发展和完善的刍议。Emerging infectious disease is characterized by sudden and rapid spread,and fail⁃ure to curb its development in the first place would pose a serious threat to social stability and hu⁃man health.The hierarchical medical system can realize rapid triage,better separate infectious pa⁃tients,suspected patients and non-infectious patients,and optimize diagnosis,treatment and nurs⁃ing work.Taking COVID-19 epidemic as an example,this paper will discuss the present situation of the hierarchical medical system in control and nursing management of sudden infectious diseas⁃es,summarize the problems existing in current graded diagnosis and treatment system of China,and propose proposals to promote the development and improvement of the hierarchical medical system.
