床边护理车的规范化质量管理实践

摘　　要：目的探究床边护理车的规范化质量管理实践效果。方法规范床边护理车的物品摆放,制定统一的示意图悬挂于护理车上,专人管理,定期抽查。记录规范化质量管理活动实施后床边护理车的管理和物品摆放规范性、护士对床边护理车内物品摆放的熟悉情况程度、床边护理车规范前后完成治疗耗时。结果床边护理车规范管理后,护理车的管理和车内物品摆放,总分由之前的(73.40±6.10)分提高至(90.50±8.60)分,护士对车内无菌物品的熟悉程度由原来的80.35分提高至100分,对车内清洁物品的熟悉程度由原来的75.56分提高至98.67分,取出物品的时间由原来的(6.51±1.29)s缩短为(4.15±1.31)s,更换输液的时间由原来的(18.76±3.81)s减少至(13.43±2.81)s。结论床边护理车规范管理后,不仅满足了消毒隔离的要求,有助于患者得到实时、有效的护理,而且减轻了护士劳动强度。Objective To evaluate the standardized quality management of bedside nursing cart.Methods To standardize the placement of bedside nursing cart and formulate a unified schematic diagram which was hanged on the nursing cart.Specialized personnel was arranged to supervise the maintenance of nursing cart.Results After the standardized management of bedside nursing cart,the total score of nursing cart management and medical items placement increased from(73.61±6.10)to(90.50±8.60)s.The examination scores of nurse’familiarity with aseptic items and cleaning products were increased by 19.65 points(80.35 to 100.00)and 23.11 points(75.56 to 98.67)respectively.The time of taking out items from bedside nursing cart was reduced from(6.51±1.29)minutes to(4.15±1.31)minutes,and the time of fluid replacement was shortened from(18.76±3.81)minutes to(13.43±2.81)minutes.Conclusion The standardized management of bedside nursing cart can not only meet the requirements of disinfection and isolation,but also make patients get realtime and effective nursing,and reduce the labor intensity of nurses.
