发热门诊患者核酸检测标本运送管理实践

摘　　要：目的分析发热门诊患者核酸检测标本运送情况并总结相关管理措施。方法选取2020年7月27日—10月31日医院发热门诊收治的1085例患者作为研究对象,分析常规标本送检与交接模式中存在的不足,针对问题实施干预措施。结果改进核酸检测标本送检与交接模式后,取样时间至出报告时间的用时呈现下降趋势,患者在发热门诊停留的时间缩短。结论针对发热门诊患者核酸检测标本送检与交接模式进行优化和改进,能够缩短患者在发热门诊等待的时间,对减少交叉感染风险、提高诊疗效率具有积极意义。Objective To analyze potential problems in submission process of specimen for nucleic acid detection,and summarize targeted management strategies.Methods A total of 1085 patients who admitted fever clinic between July 27,2020 and October 31,2020 were included as research objects.The potential problems in submission process of specimen for nucleic acid detec⁃tion were analyzed,and targeted interventions were carried out.Results After implementation of management strategies,there was a trend toward decrease in the duration between specimen col⁃lection and report issuing time,as well as patient’s duration of stay in the fever clinic.Conclu⁃sion It is effective to shorten the duration of stay in the fever clinic by optimizing the submission process of specimen for nucleic acid detection,and it has positive influence on reducing the risk of cross infection and improving the diagnosis efficiency.
