摘　　要：目的探讨应用肢体损伤严重程度评分量表(MESS)指导下肢毁损伤濒临截肢患者的护理。方法对2011年7月—2019年1月收治的6例下肢毁损伤患者采用MESS评分量表进行评分,根据分值以及评分项目,结合病情提出观察要点,采取针对性的护理重点措施。结果6例患者中1例出现急性肾功能衰竭后截肢,1例发生脂肪栓塞综合征后死亡,4例肢体存活。结论濒临截肢的下肢毁损伤患者病情重且复杂,MESS评分量表有助于早期采取积极有效的护理干预,在临床上有较强的指导意义。Objective To evaluate the Mangled Extremity Severity Score(MESS)system in nursing care of patients with lower limb injury on the verge of amputation.Methods From July 2011 to January 2019,6 patients with lower limb injury were scored with MESS score scale.Ac⁃cording to the score and the scoring items of MESS score scale,the observation points were put forward in combination with the condition,and targeted nursing key measures were taken.Re⁃sults Of the 6 patients,1 underwent amputation after acute renal failure,1 died after fat embo⁃lism syndrome,and 4 survived.Conclusion The patient with lower limb injuries on the verge of amputation is seriously ill as complexity of the disease.The MESS scale is helpful to take active and effective nursing intervention in the early stage,which is of great guiding significance in clini⁃cal practice.
