摘　　要：总结1例吉兰-巴雷综合征并慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的中医护理。根据辨证施护的原则,落实中医情志护理、膳食调护、中医适宜技术等中医护理措施,促进患者病情缓解,最大程度恢复患者肢体运动功能及独立生活能力。This paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing experi⁃ence of a case of Guillain-Barre syndrome complicated with chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)infec⁃tion.Based on the principle of TCM syndrome differentiation,a set of TCM nursing interventions including emotional nursing,dietary care and TCM techniques were carried out,in order to allevi⁃ate the patient’s condition and promote the limb function and ability of independent living.
