五行音乐疗法联合洛索洛芬纳对肱骨干骨折患者围手术期疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的观察五行音乐疗法联合洛索洛芬纳改善肱骨干骨折患者围手术期疼痛的效果。方法选取2019年4月—2020年3月医院收治的90例肱骨围手术患者,随机分为3组:对照A组(n=30),对照B组(n=30),试验组(n=30)。对照A组给予洛索洛芬纳治疗,对照B组给予五行音乐疗法徵调干预,试验组给予五行音乐疗法徵调干预联合洛索洛芬纳治疗。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)作为疼痛评价标准,评定3组患者手术前2 d、手术后2 d、手术后7 d疼痛程度。采用睡眠自测量表(AIS)评估3组患者手术前2 d、手术后2 d、手术后7 d睡眠情况。结果试验组VAS评分改善优于对照A组和对照B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组AIS评分改善优于对照A组和对照组B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五行音乐疗法联合洛索洛芬纳能更有效缓解肱骨干骨折患者围手术期疼痛。Objective To investigate the effect of five-element music therapy combined with loxoprofen sodium on perioperative pain in patients with humeral shaft fracture.Methods Totally 90 cases of humeral shaft fracture patients were randomly divided into three groups,con⁃trol group A(30 cases)and control group B(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases).Control group A received oral administration of loxoprofen sodium,control group B received five-element music therapy,and treatment group received combined intervention of loxoprofen sodium oral ad⁃ministration and five-element music therapy.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was adopted as the evaluation criteria to assess perioperative pain 2 days before surgery,2 days and 7 days after the surgery.The Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)was used to evaluate the sleep quality of patients 2 days before surgery,2 days and 7 days after the surgery.Results The treatment group was found with a better improvement in VAS and AIS compared with that in the control group A and control group B,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Five-element music therapy combined with loxo⁃profen sodium is more effective in relieving pain of patients with humeral shaft fracture.
