摘　　要：败毒梭菌是引起非创伤性气性坏疽病原菌之一,临床常见于肠道恶性肿瘤和血液肿瘤患者。如不给予积极治疗,其临床进展迅速,死亡率高。本文报告1例下肢败毒梭菌感染引起心源性猝死病例,以提高临床对该疾病的认识和治疗。Clostridium septicum is a rare subgroup known to cause atraumatic myonecrosis and is associated with colonic malignancy or hematologic malignancies.The majority of deaths occur within the first 24 hours if diagnosis and appropriate treatment measures are not promptly started.This paper reported a case of sudden cardiac death caused by Clostridium septicum infec⁃tion in the left lower limb,in order to improve the clinical understanding of the disease and treat⁃ment.
