摘　　要：卒中相关睡眠障碍(SSD)是老年卒中患者的常见并发症,发病率高,严重影响其生活能力和生活质量。本文从老年患者SSD的概述、发病影响因素和中医护理措施3个方面进行综述,以期提高医护人员对卒中相关睡眠障碍老年患者的重视,并为临床护理干预提供参考。Stroke-related sleep disorder(SSD)is a common complication of elderly stroke pa⁃tients with high morbidity,which not only increases the disability rate and fatality rate of patients,but also reduces their living ability and quality of life.This article reviewed the concepts of SSD,influencing factors and Traditional Chinese Medical nursing measures,in order to increase the at⁃tention of medical staff to elderly patients with SSD and provide references for clinical nursing in⁃tervention.
