头部经穴推拿联合五行音乐治疗肝郁化火型失眠患者1例的护理体会

摘　　要：睡眠问题已成为影响公众身体健康的重大隐患之一。本文总结了1例头部经穴推拿联合五行音乐治疗肝郁化火型失眠患者的护理经验,包括辨证选穴、推拿方法、五行音乐的选乐方法以及常规的生活、饮食和情志护理等内容,推拿手法刺激头部经络穴位联合五行音乐不同调式,能达到调和机体阴阳,调节脏腑和情志等作用,配合针对性的护理干预,在改善患者睡眠质量和情绪方面有积极的作用。Sleep disorder is becoming a major public health problem threatening people’s life.This paper summarized the the scalp-acupoint massage combined with five-element music therapy for one patient with insomnia caused by liver depression transforming into fire and related nursing experience.Acupoint selecting by syndrome differentiation,massage method,five-ele⁃ment music therapy,routine living guidance,dietary intervention and emotion care were carried out.By regulating the balance between Yin and Yang and promoting emotions and harmony of five zang viscera,the Scalp-acupoint massage combined with five-element music therapy is effec⁃tive to improve the sleep quality and emotion of the patient with insomnia caused by liver depres⁃sion transforming into fire and related nursing experience.
