摘　　要：本文总结了1例耳穴贴压联合手指操治疗经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术后疼痛患者的护理体会,包括护理评估,耳穴贴压和手指操的干预方法等。患者经干预后,肢体疼痛减轻,肿胀及麻木程度明显缓解。This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient who received auricular acupressure combined with finger exercise in the treatment of pain after transradial coronary angi⁃ography.Nursing assessment was carried out before implementation of auricular acupressure and finger exercise,and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques were applied according to the standard procedure.After intervention,the degree of pain,swelling and numbness was reduced.
