摘　　要：本文总结85例累及锁骨下动脉的StanfordB型主动脉夹层患者行左颈总动脉-左锁骨下动脉转流术的护理经验。护理要点包括:术前评估识别非复杂和复杂性StanfordB型主动脉夹层,做好控制疼痛和目标血压管理,防止累及锁骨下动脉的StanfordB型主动脉夹层的破裂或者逆撕;术后做好血压监测,避免转流手术失败;关注患者颈部切口,预防呼吸骤停;完善术后抗凝管理,预防血栓形成或凝血功能障碍;关注患者相关生命体征和主诉,预防截瘫、逆撕等并发症。This paper summarized the nursing management in the surgical treatment of trans⁃position of the left common carotid artery to left subclavian artery in 85 patients with Stanford type B aortic dissection.Key Points of nursing included preoperative evaluation of non-complex and complex Stanford type B aortic dissection,pain control and target blood pressure management and prevention of rupture and reverse tearing;enhancing the blood pressure monitoring;observation of surgical incisions and prevention of respiratory arrest;enhancing the postoperative anticoagula⁃tion to prevent the thrombosis or coagulation disorders;observation on vital signs and chief com⁃plaint and prevention of postoperative complication.
