运用PDCA循环提升辅助生殖助孕患者随访管理质量

摘　　要：目的探讨运用PDCA循环加强辅助生殖助孕患者随访管理的效果。方法选取2020年1月—6月行辅助生殖助孕需要随访的患者465例为对照组,采用常规随访方法;将2020年7月—12月行辅助生殖助孕需要随访的患者484例作为观察组,应用PDCA循环管理法进行随访。比较2组随访率。结果对照组随访率95.05%(442/465),低于观察组的98.35%(476/484),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理法有助于临床护理流程的完善,有效提高辅助生殖助孕患者随访护理管理质量。Objective To explore the effect of Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA)cycle management in improving the follow-up rate in patients after undergoing assisted reproductive technology.Methods Totally 465 patients who needed follow-up for assisted reproductive technology(ART)pregnancy between January and June 2020 were selected as a control group,and 484 patients who needed follow-up for ART pregnancy between July and December 2020 were followed-up by PDCA circular management method.The follow-up rate of the two groups was compared.Results The actual follow-up rate was 95.05%(442/465)for patients in the control group,and 98.35%(476/484)in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management method is helpful to the perfection of clinical nursing process and effectively improve the quality of follow-up nursing management for patients with ART.
