针灸联合TDP灯照射治疗1例腱鞘囊肿患者的护理体会

摘　　要：本文总结1例针灸联合TDP灯照射治疗腱鞘囊肿患者的护理经验,包括针刺护理、TDP灯照射护理、腱鞘囊肿的预防和保养以及情志护理等。通过针灸联合TDP灯照射治疗,有助于缓解腱鞘囊肿患者不适症状,改善患者腕关节功能。This paper summarized the nursing management of a patient with thecal cyst in ten⁃don of wrist treated by acupuncture combined with TDP lamp irradiation.On the basis of nursing interventions for acupuncture and TDP lamp irradiation,preventive measures and emotion care were carried out.Acupuncture combined with TDP lamp irradiation is effective in the relief of dis⁃comfort caused by thecal cyst in tendon of wrist,and improve the recovery of wrist function.
