中药代茶饮治疗颈椎前路术后咽喉部肿痛效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药代茶饮治疗颈椎前路术后咽喉部肿痛的临床效果。方法80例颈椎前路术后的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组手术后给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加中药代茶饮治疗。评估两组术后24 h、术后3 d、术后7 d咽喉部疼痛评分、肿胀程度。结果观察组患者术后24 h、术后3 d、术后7 d咽喉部疼痛数字评分(NRS)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者术后24 h、术后3 d、术后7 d咽喉部肿胀程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论颈椎前路术后给予中药代茶饮,能够进一步缓解术后咽喉部疼痛和肿胀程度。Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herbal tea in the treatment of throat pain and swelling after anterior cervical spine surgery.Methods Totally 80 patients undergoing anterior cervical spine surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Both the groups received routine treatment and nursing after surgery,and the observation group was given additional treatment of Chinese herbal tea.The de⁃gree of throat pain and swelling was evaluated at 24 h,3 days and 7 days after surgery.Results The Numerical Rating Scale on throat pain in the observation group was lower than that in the con⁃trol group at 24 h,3 days and 7 days after surgery respectively(P<0.01).The degree of throat swelling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 24 h,3 days and 7 days after surgery respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion The Chinese herbal tea is effect in relief of throat pain and swelling after anterior cervical spine surgery.
