康惠尔透明贴联合75%酒精湿敷法预防化疗药物所致静脉炎1例的护理体会

摘　　要：本文回顾1例卵巢癌患者的临床资料。患者接受静脉输注化疗药物药治疗,化疗前给予康惠尔透明贴联合75%酒精湿敷,积极预防化疗药物所致静脉炎,同时加强留置针护理,完善饮食护理、心理护理和健康宣教,以提升患者舒适度,改善生活质量。This paper reviewed the clinical data of a patient with ovarian cancer.The patient was given intravenous drip infusion of Paclitaxel liposome and Carboplatin.The Comfeel Plus transparent dressing combined with 75%alcohol solution wet compress therapy were adopted to prevent the chemotherapy-induced phlebitis,and comprehensive nursing interventions including venous indwelling catheter maintenance,diet nursing,psychological care and health education were carried out to improve patient comfort and quality of life during treatment.
