疫情常态化下核酸检测门诊的管理策略

摘　　要：本文主要介绍了核酸检测门诊在疫情常态化下咽拭子标本采集中的管理策略,包括对护士、实习生和保洁员防控知识的培训管理、加强采样场所秩序的管理,通过加强各环节管理质量,保障医务人员工作安全,稳步提升护理服务质量。This paper summarized the outpatient management strategies for pharyngeal swab specimens collection and nucleic acid testing under the normalization of the Covid-19 epidemic.Knowledge training on prevention of COVID-19 was carried out to nurses,nursing students and cleaning staffs,and order management at sampling sites was enhanced.The outpatient management strategies were effective to ensure the safety of medical workers and improve the quality of nursing.
