摘　　要：自我血糖监测依从性直接关系到1型糖尿病(T1DM)患者的血糖控制效果。本文从T1DM及胰岛素规范治疗、自我血糖监测依从性及影响因素、扫描式葡萄糖监测系统在T1DM患者中的应用等方面做一综述,旨在为增强T1DM患者使用扫描式葡萄糖监测系统的依从行为提供参考意见。Compliance with self-monitoring of blood glucose is highly related to the efficacy of Blood-glucose control in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM).This paper summa⁃rized the studies about T1DM and related standardized insulin treatment,compliance with selfmonitoring of blood glucose and related influencing factors,clinical applications of Flash glucose monitoring system,in order to provide reference for intervention on compliance with Flash glu⁃cose monitoring system usage in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus.
