乳通散外敷治疗郁滞期乳痈临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨乳通散外敷治疗郁滞期乳痈的临床疗效。方法选取2021年5月—2022年1月收治的郁滞期乳痈患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用单纯的手法排乳治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施乳通散外敷干预。对比2组临床疗效。结果观察组有效率96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的83.33%(25/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法排乳联合乳通散外敷治疗有助于缓解郁滞期乳痈患者不适症状。Objective To investigate the effect of external application of Rutong powder in the treatment of stagnation stage mastitis.Methods Totally 60 patients with stagnation stage mastitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in both control group and observation group were treated with milk-ejection manipulation technique,and those in the observation group received the external application of Chinese herbal medicine Rutong powder.Results The overall effective rate was 96.67%(29/30)in the observation group,which was higher than 83.33%(25/30)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Milk-ejection manipulation technique combined with external application of Rutong powder is effective in relief of symptoms and discomfort in patients with acute mastitis at stagnation stage.
