标准化代谢性疾病管理应用于2型糖尿病患者的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨标准化代谢性疾病管理在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法纳入2017年11月-2021年11月在某院国家标准化代谢性疾病管理中心接受标准化管理的391例2型糖尿病患者,从生命体征和人体测量学指标、生化指标等方面,观察其基线水平与标准化管理一年后的代谢指标与达标率变化。所得数据采用SPSS 25.0软件进行统计学分析。结果与基线水平相比较,实施标准化管理一年后,患者体重指数下降(P=0.000),血压控制较好(收缩压P=0.020,舒张压P=0.004),血糖、血压、血脂以及综合达标率均得以升高(P均<0.01)。结论标准化代谢性疾病管理可以显著改善2型糖尿病患者的代谢指标。但还需进一步加强多形式健康教育,利用信息化手段提高患者自我管理效能,提升患者复诊随访率等。Objective To investigate the effect of standardized metabolic disease management in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 391 patients with type 2 diabetes who received standardized management in the National Center for Standardized Metabolic Disease Management of a hospital from November 2017 to November 2021 were included.The changes of their baseline level and metabolic indexes and rate of compliance after one year of standardized management were observed from the aspects of vital signs,anthropometric indexes and biochemical indexes.The obtained data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software.Results Compared with the baseline level,after one year of standardized management,the body mass index of the patients decreased(P=0.000),the blood pressure was well controlled(systolic blood pressure P=0.020,diastolic blood pressure P=0.004),and the blood glucose compliance rate,blood pressure compliance rate,lipid compliance rate and comprehensive compliance rate were all increased(all P<0.01).Conclusion Standardized metabolic disease management can significantly improve the metabolic indexes of type 2 diabetes patients.However,it is necessary to further strengthen the multi-form health education,improve the self-management efficiency of patients by means of information technology,and improve the rate of patient return visit and follow-up.
