摘　　要：品管圈案例是实践和教学的重要参考。通过对2018年-2020年广东省医院品管圈大赛494个公开完赛的品管圈项目进行数据结构化处理,建立结构化案例库,并进行维护与更新,为质量管理工具推广应用与内训教学提供了参考。后续需在数据价值挖掘等方面进行更加深入地探索。The case of quality control circle is an important reference for practice and teaching.Through the data structure processing of 494 cases of quality control circle projects that completed the open competition of Guangdong Hospital Quality Control Circle Competition from 2018 to 2020,a structured case library was established,maintained and updated,which provided a reference for the promotion and application of quality management tools and internal training teaching.Further exploration should be made in the aspects of data value mining.
