摘　　要：随着国家医药卫生体制改革的不断深入,医疗保险支付方式、结算模式的改变推动着医院管理模式创新。医院从多院区特点入手,以患者为中心,探索合理医疗点评体系,构建同一专科同质化管理体系,促使科室有效控制病种成本及医院运营成本,提高了整体医疗质量,使不合理的医疗费用得到有效控制,为医院的长足发展提供了保障。With the deepening of the reform of the national medical and health system,the change of the payment method and settlement mode of medical insurance promotes the innovation of the hospital management mode.The hospital starts from the characteristics of multiple hospital branches,takes the patient as the center,explores the rational medical review system,builds the homogeneous management system of the same specialty,promotes the department to effectively control the cost of diseases and hospital operating costs,improves the overall medical quality,makes the unreasonable medical expenses be effectively controlled,and provides a strong guarantee for the long-term development of the hospital.
