摘　　要：重点岗位轮岗机制是防范廉政风险的一项有效措施,也是大型医院巡查的基本要求。立足于巡查标准,构建了基于计划、实施、检查、处理的重点岗位轮岗监督持续优化体系,还建立了重点岗位明确、轮岗程序完善、监督评价具体以及监督反馈健全的重点岗位监管长效机制,为医院的高质量发展奠定了制度基础。The rotation mechanism of key positions is not only an effective measure to prevent the risk of corrupt government,but also the basic requirement of large-scale hospital inspection.Based on the inspection standard,a continuous optimization system for rotation system of key positions had been established based on planning,implementation,inspection and management.Furthermore,a long-term supervision mechanism for key posts had been established,with clear key posts,perfect rotation procedures,specific supervision and evaluation,and sound supervision and feedback,which provided institutional basis for the high-quality development of the hospital.
