摘 要:随着排放法规和油耗法规的日益严格,能降低排量的小型化增压汽油机成为了发展趋势,但功率密度提升会导致早燃倾向加剧,从而导致结构损坏等问题,因此在发动机设计阶段应规避早燃的发生。基于GT-SUITE计算仿真软件,针对一款2.0 L增压直喷汽油发动机,提出了一种早燃计算方法,通过计算压缩上止点(TDC)焓值评估早燃倾向,并进行了早燃影响因素分析。研究结果表明:基于焓值的早燃计算结果与试验趋势相吻合。降低平均有效压力(BMEP)、减小过量空气系数λ、推迟喷油时刻(SOI)、提前进气相位、降低压缩比均有利于降低上止点焓值,降低早燃倾向,同时对以上参数进行了敏感性分析。With the increasingly strict regulations on emission and fuel consumption, reducing the displacement has become the development trend of turbocharged gasoline engines, but the increase of power density leads to the aggravation of pre-ignition tendency, which leads to structural damage and other problems, so the pre-ignition should be avoided in design stage. Based on a 2.0 L turbocharged GDI engine and GT-SUITE, it proposes a calculation method of pre-ignition. The pre-ignition tendency is evaluated by calculating the enthalpy of compression TDC, and the influencing factors of pre-ignition are analyzed. The results show that the calculation results of pre-ignition based on enthalpy value agree well with the experimental trend. Decreasing BMEP, decreasing lambda, delaying SOI, advancing intake phase and decreasing compression ratio are beneficial to decreasing TDC enthalpy and pre-ignition tendency, and sensitivity analysis of the above parameters is carried out.
