摘 要:针对功率分析仪自动量程在切换过程中,设备出现1~2 s数据无法采集的问题,利用电机台架对被测试驱动电机稳态电动、稳态馈电、动态电动和动态馈电4个工况进行测试,将功率分析仪设置为不同的电流量程,测量电机交流电流。结果表明,500 mA及以下量程对电流测量无影响;测量小电流时,500 mA以上的大量程出现稳态电流高频波动问题,电流快速动态变化时,出现电流锯齿形波动问题。In view of the problem that the equipment fails to collect data for 1~2 seconds in the process of switching the automatic range of the power analyzer. The motor bench is used to operate the tested drive motor under four working conditions: steady-state, steady-state feeding, dynamic electric and dynamic feeding. The power analyzer is switched to different current ranges to measure the AC current of the motor. It is concluded that the measuring range of 500 mA and below has no effect on the current measurement. For a large range of 500 mA and above conditions, the high-frequency fluctuation of steady-state current occurs when measuring small current, and the saw tooth fluctuation of current occurs when the current changes rapidly and dynamically.
