摘  要:随着“十四五”规划实施,“蓝天保卫战”不断深入,国家的环保排放法规不断加严,非道路中重型机械尾气排放严重超标。油田动力装备以柴油机为主,排放大量的颗粒物(PM)、HC、CO和NO_(x),易对环境造成严重污染。采用以催化净化为主的末端治理尾气技术是实现排放达标的有效解决方案,将有严重污染的各类废气及其颗粒物催化净化为CO_(2),N_(2)和H_(2)O,最终降低柴油机颗粒物的排放。With the implementation of the "14 th Five-Year Plan", and the progress of the "Blue Sky Protection Campaign", Chinese regulations of environmental protection emission have been continuously tightened. The exhaust emissions of medium or heavy machinery such as non-road vehicles are far exceed the standards. For oil field power devices which are dominated by diesel engines, emit a large amount of "black smoke" particulate matter(PM), HC, CO and NO_(x), causing serious pollution to the environment. The using of catalytic purification technology treated excessive exhaust gas at the end of pipe, which is an effective solution to achieve the emission limits. And various types of severely polluted exhaust gas and "black smoke" particulate matter(PM) will be catalytically purified into CO_(2), N_(2) and H_(2)O, and PM eventually achieve the near-zero emissions of diesel engines.
