四川省建筑业总产值的影响因素分析

摘　　要：以四川省2005年至2020年的建筑业相关的时间序列数据为基础,利用计量经济的方法,建立联立方程组模型,对影响建筑业总产值的若干内部、外部因素进行分析。通过二段最小二乘参数估计、假设检验以及对模型的修正,得出了企业资产、新签合同总额以及城镇化率对四川省建筑业总产值影响显著,最终基于研究结果对四川省建筑业的发展提出合理化建议。Based on the time series data related to the construction industry in Sichuan Province from 2005 to 2020,a simultaneous equation set model is established using the econometric method to analyze several internal and external factors that affect the gross output value of the construction industry.Through two-stage least squares parameter estimation,hypothesis testing and model modification,it is concluded that enterprise assets,total amount of newly signed contracts and urbanization rate have a significant impact on the total output value of Sichuan construction industry.Finally,based on the research results,reasonable suggestions are put forward for the development of Sichuan construction industry.
