新时代我国社区体育公园建设的价值、实践与发展路径——基于常州经验的审视

摘　　要：社区体育公园是补齐全民健身场地设施短板,推动全民健身事业发展的重要载体。运用案例分析法等,在明确社区体育公园的概念、功能与特征的基础上,从共生理论和田园城市理论视角对社区体育公园进行多维度价值审视。基于常州社区体育公园建设经验的审视,提出社区体育公园的可持续发展路径:政府统筹协调社区体育公园规划建设;加大社区体育公园财政保障,引入市场机制;健全社区体育公园配套设施,优化运营管理;推动社区体育公园与基层体育社团共生发展;把握社区体育公园文脉,营造现代田园城市的发展路径。Community sports parks are an important carrier to complement the shortcomings of the national fitness facilities and promote the development of national fitness. With the method of literature and case analysis, on the basis of clarifying the concept, function and characteristics of the community sports park, the paper conducts a multi-dimensional value review of the community sports park from the perspective of symbiosis theory and garden city theory. Based on the review of the construction experience of community sports parks in Changzhou, the sustainable development path of community sports parks is proposed. The government should coordinate the planning and construction of community sports parks, increase the financial security of community sports parks and introduce market mechanisms, improve the supporting facilities of community sports parks and optimize operations management, to promote the symbiotic development of community sports parks and grassroots sports organizations, grasp the context of community sports parks and create a development path for a modern garden city.
