摘　　要：辽宁省上市公司是辽宁省经济发展中最活跃的力量,为辽宁省经济发展作出了巨大贡献。这些上市公司在为区域经济作出巨大贡献的同时,也面临着国内企业普遍存在的融资难题,制约着企业的发展。因此,提高企业股权融资效率就显得更加重要。本文通过测度辽宁省上市公司的股权融资效率并对其影响因素进行分析,提出的对策建议为:制定优惠政策,吸引人才,提升创新能力;拓展融资渠道,降低融资成本,完善金融环境。The listed companies in Liaoning Province are the most active forces in the economic development of Liaoning Province and have made great contributions to the economic development of Liaoning Province. While these listed companies have made great contributions to the regional economy, they are also faced with the financing difficulties commonly existing in domestic enterprises, which restrict the development of listed companies in Liaoning Province.Therefore, it is more important to improve the equity financing efficiency of listed companies in Liaoning Province. Through measuring the equity financing efficiency of listed companies in Liaoning Province and analyzing its influencing factors, this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions for the listed companies in Liaoning Province to improve their equity financing efficiency.
