摘　　要：侦查画像是公安机关进行犯罪侦查的重要技术手段。在现有数据画像实践研究基础上,对融合网络数据侦查画像技术的研究背景、技术原理、技术框架、应用场景等问题进行剖析,探讨在数据驱动环境下通过纷繁复杂的网络数据刻画目标对象的真实面貌。基于互联网大数据技术的发展,公安机关可以搜集相关网络数据并进行处理、标签设计、模型构建,对犯罪嫌疑人的个体特征、社会属性、时空信息、行为轨迹等进行深度分析和刻画。Investigative portrait is one of important technical means for public security organs to conduct criminal investigations.Based on practical research of current data portrait,several issues of investigation portrait technology that integrates network data are analyzed,including the research background,technical principles,technical framework and application scenarios.The true appearances of target objects are discussed through complex network data in a data-driven environment.Based on the development of Internet big data,public security organs can collect relevant network data,design label and construct model,which can be applied to in-depth analyze and characterize individual characteristics,social attributes,temporal and spatial information,and behavioral trajectories of criminal suspects.
