摘  要:江苏以平原地形为主,地面沉降及特殊岩土地质灾害发育,分布广泛。在开发强度较高的各类开发园区探索以地质灾害危险性区域评估代替建设项目地质灾害危险性评估,能有效降低建设单位的行政审批成本,提高行政审批效率,营造良好的营商环境。阐述了江苏地质灾害危险性区域评估工作试点、推广实施、应用等方面的成果与进展,对地质灾害危险性区域评估工作范围确定的规范性、规划的针对性、查询服务系统或平台的建设提升、相关地方标准的制定、社会认知度的提高5个方面提出建议。In the plains of Jiangsu Province,land subsidence and special rock and soil geological disasters are developed and widely distributed.In various industrial zones with high development intensity,the paper explores the use of regional geological disaster risk assessment instead of geological disaster risk assessment of construction projects,which can effectively reduce the cost of administrative examination of construction units,improve the efficiency of administrative examination and approval,and create a good business environment.This paper expounds the pilot,the implementation and the promotion,and the application of the geological disaster risk assessment in Jiangsu.It proposes suggestions from five aspects of the standardization of determining the work scope of regional assessment of geological hazard risk,pertinence of the planning,inquiry service system or platform construction,improvement of relevant local standards,and social awareness.
