摘　　要：成渝地区双城经济圈建设是国家重大区域发展战略,是构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局的重要举措。双城经济圈的建设重点在于推进成渝地区经济协同发展,优化产业布局,形成高质量增长级。基于区域经济系统协调发展理论,文章构建了演化博弈模型,分析城市产业在协同背景下的策略选择。研究表明:协同策略才是城市主导产业与非主导产业的最佳进化稳定策略,只有当协同利润越大、协同成本越小以及博弈双方的贴现因子越大时,才能实现协同策略。结合实际建议:成渝经济圈打造高水平协同发展城市群,需要树立一体化发展理念,发挥政府引导作用,降低协同成本,增加协同收益,同时主导产业与非主导产业要坚持可持续发展观,确定合理的利益分配标准,共同推进高标准协同发展城市群的建立。The construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle is a major national regional develop⁃ment strategy,and an important measure to build a new development pattern in which the domestic big cycle is the main body and the domestic and international double cycles promote each other.The focus of the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle is to promote the synergetic economic development of Chengdu-Chongqing region,optimize the industrial layout,and form a high-quality growth level.Based on the theory of coordinated de⁃velopment of regional economic systems,the article constructs an evolutionary game model to analyze the strategic choices of urban industries in the background of synergy.The research shows that the synergetic strategy is the best evolutionary and stable strategy for urban leading industries and non-leading industries,and the collaborative strate⁃gy can be achieved only when the greater the synergy profit,the smaller the synergy cost,and the greater the dis⁃count factor of both sides of the game.Combined with the reality,this article puts forward the proposals:To build a high-level synergetic development city cluster in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle necessitates establish⁃ment of an integrated development concept,giving play to the guiding role of the government,reducing synergy costs,and increasing synergy benefits;at the same time,leading and non-leading industries must adhere to the con⁃cept of sustainable development,determine rational benefit distribution standards and jointly promote the establish⁃ment of high-standard synergetic development urban agglomerations.
