摘 要:钾肥生产的干燥尾气中含有余热和KCl粉尘,回收尾气余热和氯化钾粉尘,具有显著的经济效益和环境效益。以青海盐湖工业股份有限公司年产70万t氯化钾生产装置干燥尾气热质回收塔为研究对象,采用计算流体动力学方法,模拟了空塔条件下的塔内流场分布,考查了筛孔排布方式对回收塔内气体均布的影响,结果表明:不设置气体分布器时,干燥尾气在回收塔内进气口的下方形成两个旋涡,大部分干燥尾气与进气口对面器壁发生碰撞形成向上气流,并在向上过程中发生偏流,干燥尾气偏流在进气口上方形成两个较大的旋涡;通过增加气体分布器,回收塔内气体分布均匀性得到提高,基于不同筛孔排布方式气体分布器的比较,发现在筛孔孔径为0.1 m的气体分布器基础上,将对应干燥尾气偏流区1/8直径区域的均布孔直径减至0.08 m的D型气体分布器对塔内干燥尾气的均布效果最好,干燥尾气经过气体均布器后,塔内流场分布均匀,有利于热质回收利用。The recycling of waste heat and KCl bearing fine dust from tail gas during potash fertilizer production has yielded remarkable economic and environmental benefits.In this paper,the heat and mass recycling tower with dried tail gas in 700,000 t/a KCl production plant in Qinghai Salt Lake Industry Co.,Ltd.was taken as the object of study.Using the Computational Fluid Dynamic method,the fluid filed distribution in the empty tower was simulated and the influence of different sieve mesh arrangement mode on off-gas distribution was studied.The results show that the off-gas from the dryer resulted in two vortexes below the off-gas inlet without gas distributor.Majority of the off-gas hit against the wall opposite the gas inlet to go upward then deflect in the upward process.As a result,two larger vortexes in the space above the gas inlet may be formed.Installation of the gas distributors in the tower facilitated improvement of the uniformity of gas distribution inside the tower.By comparison of gas distributors with different sieve mesh arrangement mode,it was found that on the basis of the gas distributors with apertures of 0.1 m,excellent off-gas distribution can be achieved in the tower particularly within the deflecting zone with 1/8 diameter with apertures reduced to 0.08 m in size for type D distributor.With the gas uniform distributors,uniform distribution of fluid field in the tower helps to the recycling of heat and mass from dried tail gas.
