摘 要:老旧商业街因其空间及环境质量等而导致功能弱化,基于近年来消费者对于空间体验的重视,功能的复苏需从空间体验角度入手。界面是组成商业街空间的关键要素,承载与包含了多重职能。本研究将从商业街空间人性化设计、不同界面与空间渗透性要素提取方式等方面,叙述空间渗透性在商业街设计中如何增强空间与空间的联系,总结街面、街道墙及商业街空间物质环境要素等方面的渗透性设计手法,以期为商业街更新与设计中的盘活存量资源提供思路。The function of the old commercial street has been weakened due to its space and environmental quality. Based on the importance that consumers have placed on space experience in recent years, the recovery of functions needs to start from the perspective of space experience. The interface is the key element of the commercial street space, carries and includes multiple functions. This paper describes how spatial permeability enhance the connection between space and space from the aspects of the entry point for the humanistic design of the commercial street, the extraction methods of different interfaces and spatial permeability elements, and so on.Then it summarizes the permeability design methods of the street surface, street wall and commercial street space in terms of material and environmental elements, with a view to provide ideas for revitalizing stock resources in the renewal and design of commercial streets.
