延续文脉的传统村落保护与发展——以云南沙溪寺登村为例

摘　　要：传统村落的保护与发展在不同时期面临着不同的挑战,对其进行研究是传统村落可持续发展和实现乡村振兴的重要课题。文章以云南沙溪寺登村为例,首先回顾了村落保护与建筑修复的过程。其次研究了村落保护和发展中文脉传承的具体措施,体现在从村落布局规划、街巷保护整治、历史建筑修复、基础设施建设等方面延续传统村落的文脉,不断平衡村落发展与历史文化保护。再次,研究发现准确定位、统筹规划、分期分批、循序渐进、多方配合、综合保护是寺登村保护与发展的经验。最后,总结了寺等村保护发展的经验与面临的问题,并展望未来的发展。The protection and development of traditional villages are facing different challenges in different periods. The research on it is an important topic for the sustainable development of traditional villages and the realization of rural revitalization.Taking Sideng village in Shaxi, Yunnan Province as an example,this paper first reviews the process of village protection and architectural restoration. Secondly, it studies the specific measures for the cultural inheritance in village protection and development,which is reflected in the continuation of the culture of traditional villages from the aspects of village layout planning, street protection and renovation, historical building restoration and infrastructure construction, and the continuous balance between village development and protection of history and culture. Thirdly,it is found that accurate positioning, overall planning, stages and batches, step by step, multi-party cooperation and comprehensive protection are the experience of the protection and development of Sideng village. Finally, it summarizes the experience and problems for the protection and development of Sideng villages,and prospects its future development.
