西安高校历史建筑的功能转型及空间再利用探析

摘　　要：本文主要研究历史建筑空间特征与现代教育功能需求的关系,以部分西安高校历史建筑作为研究对象,从历史建筑更新与利用视角对其空间特征与现代教育功能需求的关系进行了剖析,得到了高校历史建筑空间再利用策略。本文提出的策略有:对历史建筑活化利用,在保护中利用,利用中保护;充分挖掘建筑自身的潜力,提高内部空间使用效率;营造开放自由的空间布局,提升建筑的空间品质,重视使用者的舒适度。This paper mainly studies the relationship between the spatial characteristics of historical buildings and the functional needs of modern education. Taking some historical buildings of colleges and universities in Xi’an as the research object, this paper analyzes the relationship between their spatial characteristics and the functional needs of modern education from the perspective of the renewal and utilization of historical buildings, and obtains the spatial reuse strategy of historical buildings in colleges and universities. The strategies proposed in this paper are as follows. Activate and utilize the historical buildings, use them with protection and protect them while using. Fully tap the potential of the building itself and improve the use efficiency of internal space. Create an open and free space layout, improve the space quality of the building, and pay attention to the comfort of the users.
