摘  要:以废弃腈纶为原料,采用静电纺丝技术,借助卤胺化合物(ADMH)赋予纳米纤维(NFs)抗菌性,并对其性能进行表征。结果表明:卤胺化合物ADMH以共混嵌合的方式结合至NFs上,不影响NFs原有的质感、色泽、外观和功能,由不同含量ADMH制备的腈纶基NFs抗菌膜,均显示出99.99%抑菌率。综合经济效益与抗菌效果,建议以0.5%ADMH制备腈纶基NFs抗菌膜。In order to improve the problems of traditional metal ion antibacterial materials such as low yield,complex preparation,heavy environmental pollution and inability to reuse,electrospinning technology is used with waste acrylic fibers as raw materials and halamine compounds(ADMH)to impart antibacterial properties to nanofibers(NFs),and its performance is characterized.The results show that ADMH is permanently bound to NFs in the form of N—H bonds,which does not affect the original texture,color,appearance and function of NFs.The acrylic fiber-based NFs antibacterial membranes prepared with different proportions of ADMH show 99.99% bacteriostatic effect.Considering comprehensive economic benefit and antibacterial effect,acrylic fiber-based NFs membrane prepared with 0.5% ADMH has the best properties.
