摘　　要：EcoFRESH^(TM)纱由含特定比例的阳离子改性纤维和原色纤维混纺而成,采用活性染料在中性无盐条件下染色,改性组分可着色而原色纤维基本不上色或轻微沾色,从而得到有色与露白混合的花纱效果。介绍了EcoFRESH^(TM)成衣的前处理、染色和后整理工艺,分析了染色过程中调色难度大、匀染性和耐汗渍色牢度差的原因,并提出了相应的解决方法。EcoFRESH^(TM)yarn is blended with cationic modified fiber and primary color fiber with a specific proportion,and dyed with reactive dyes under neutral and salt-free conditions.The modified component can be dyed while the primary color fiber is basically not colored or slightly stained,so as to obtain the mélange effect of the bended yarns.The pretreatment,dyeing and finishing processes of EcoFRESH^(TM)garment are introduced,and the reasons for the difficulty of color mixing,poor levelness and color fastness to perspiration in dyeing process are analyzed,and the related measures are put forward.
