摘　　要：针对经硫化黑染料染色棉织物在储存过程中产生的脆损现象,试验使用壳聚糖季铵盐对硫化黑染色织物进行防脆整理,并测试了织物的强力、抗氧化性能、耐摩擦色牢度和抗皱性能。结果表明:织物经壳聚糖季铵盐整理后,老化强力损失仅为5.3%,好于壳寡糖和尿素整理织物的防脆损效果,且折皱回复角得到提高,织物耐摩擦色牢度性能不受影响。The brittleness of cotton fabric dyed with sulfur black dye during storage is studied.The chitosan quaternary ammonium salt is used for the anti-brittle finishing of vulcanized dyed fabrics.The breaking strength,oxidation resistance,colour fastness to rubbing and wrinkle resistance of the fabric are tested.The results show that the aging strength loss after finishing with chitosan quaternary ammonium salt is only 5.3%.Compared with the brittleness resistance of chitosan oligosaccharide and urea,the fabric treated with chitosan quaternary ammonium salt has better brittleness resistance,and the crease recovery angle is improved.The color fastness of the fabric to rubbing is not affected.
