摘　　要：以黑米水提取液作为天然染料应用于棉织物染色,采用壳聚糖季铵盐(HACC)对棉进行预处理改性,研究了染色温度、pH及硫酸铝媒染对改性棉织物染色性能的影响。黑米色素对改性棉织物染色的适宜条件为:pH=4.5,在90℃染色60 min;硫酸铝媒染改性棉织物的耐摩擦和耐皂洗色牢度达到3级以上。黑米色素染色的改性棉织物具有紫外线防护性能,硫酸铝后媒染色的改性棉织物UPF=41.58。HACC改性剂以薄膜方式均匀固着在纤维表面,染色前后改性棉纤维的表面形貌未发生明显变化。The black rice extract is used as a natural dye for cotton fabric dyeing.The cotton is pretreated by chitosan quaternary ammonium salt(HACC).The effects of dyeing temperature,pH and aluminum sulfate mordant on the dyeing properties of modified cotton fabric are studied.The optimal dyeing conditions of modified cotton fabric with black rice dye are pH=4.5,and dyeing at 90℃for 60 min.The color fastness of the dyed fabric with aluminum sulfate as a mordant can reach Grade 3.The modified cotton dyed with black rice dye has UV protection performance with UPF value of 41.58 under aluminum sulfate as a mordant.HACC modifier is uniformly fixed on the fiber surface in thin film state,and no significant changes are observed in the surface morphology of modified cotton fiber before and after dyeing.
