摘 要:建立一种操作简便、快速准确的预处理方法,对纯棉纺织品中五种重金属元素(Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni和Pb)含量进行检测。该方法基于多通量动态微波辅助滤取技术,采用稀硝酸作为滤取剂;滤取液稀释1倍后采用ICP-OES进行检测。优化了动态微波辅助滤取条件,即:微波功率为375 W,采用体积分数20%的稀硝酸作为滤取剂,接收体积为20 mL,流速为1 mL/min。5种元素的检出限在0.0009~0.0030μg/mL。精密度RSD在1.4%~5.2%,滤取率为73.7%~97.4%。将方法应用于6种纯棉纺织品,所得结果与标准方法基本一致。A simple and fast pretreatment method is developed for the determination of the contents of five heavy metal elements(Cd,Cr,Cu,Ni,Pb)in pure cotton textiles.The method is based on the technology of multi-throughput dynamic microwave-assisted leaching.The dilute nitric acid is selected as the leaching reagent and the obtained leachate can be directly used for ICP-OES detection after simple dilution process.The experimental conditions of dynamic microwave-assisted leaching are optimized:microwave power is 375 W,dilute nitric acid(20%)is used as the leaching reagent,volume of receiving leaching reagent is 20 mL,flow rate of leaching reagent is 1 mL/min.The limits of detection for the five heavy metals are in the range of 0.0009-0.0030μg/mL.The precision of the method is from 1.4% to 5.2%,and the filtration rate ranged from 73.7% to 97.4%.The method is applied to pure cotton textile samples and the obtained results are compatible with standard method.
