摘　　要：以高质量发展为主题的中国新发展阶段实施的一项重要经济政策是,以内需为主“双循环”相互促进的扩大消费政策。针对一些学者提出中国新发展阶段要向“消费社会”转型的观点,指出西方消费社会模式具有两面性,发展到当代体现的是资本垄断逻辑,奉行的是“经济人”假说,遵从的是“物本”文化。中国式现代化开启的道路为在西方“消费社会”模式之外创新“生活型社会”的社会结构和生活模式提供了实践基础和理论遵循。“生活型社会”将为新时代社会主要矛盾的良性运行从发展理念向实践形态转化提供操作平台,预示着人类社会发展将从“物”的最大化追求向人的生活幸福美好最大化的文明形态转型,并为人类文明进步和美好生活的实现激发出新的社会动能。在“生活型社会”政策导向上强调,实施扩大消费政策要明确同西方消费社会模式划清界限;重新审视和再建构“蛋糕”理论;防止无度资本追求把中等收入群体视为狩猎对象;创新社会治理方式和奉行包容性发展,从而为实现党的二十大报告提出的新时代发展任务提供理论支持。An important economic policy implemented in the new development stage of our country with the theme of high-quality development is the policy of expanding consumption, which focuses on domestic demand and promotes each other through “double circulation”. In the light of some scholars’ viewpoints that our country should transform to a “consumption society” in the new development stage, this paper points out that the western consumption social model has two sides. Its development reflects the logic of capital monopoly, pursues the hypothesis of “economic man”, and follows the “material-oriented” culture. The road opened by Chinese-style modernization provides the practice and theory basis for innovating the social structure and life pattern of “life-oriented society” beyond the western “consumption society” pattern. “Life-oriented society” will provide an operational platform for the benign operation of the main social contradictions in the new era from the concept of development to the practical form of transformation. It indicates that the development of human society will transform from the maximization of “things” to the maximization of the happiness of human life, and inspire new social momentum for the progress of human civilization and the realization of a better life. In the policy direction of “life-oriented society”, it is emphasized that the implementation of the policy of expanding consumption should draw a clear line with the western consumption social model;it should re-examine and re-construct the “cake” theory;it should prevent the pursuit of excessive capital from treating middle-income groups as hunting objects;it should innovate in social governance and pursue inclusive development, thus providing theoretical support for the realization of the new era development task proposed by the Party’s “20th National Congress”.
