摘 要:以尿素和正丁醇为原料,采用尿素醇解法合成碳酸二丁酯(DBC),考察不同种类的Lewis酸催化剂和Lewis碱催化剂对合成DBC的影响。研究表明:Lewis碱催化剂对尿素醇解法合成DBC的反应活性普遍高于Lewis酸催化剂;使用CaO催化剂,在反应温度为150~170℃、反应时间为2~4 h、催化剂用量为2 g条件下获得的催化效果最佳,催化剂重复使用4次后仍具有较好的活性。Dibutyl carbonate(DBC) was synthesized from urea and n-butanol by alcoholysis of urea. Effect of different Lewis acid catalysts and Lewis base catalysts on the synthesis of DBC was investigated. The results showed that Lewis base catalyst was generally more active than Lewis acid catalyst in the synthesis of DBC by alcoholysis of urea. When CaO catalyst was used, the catalytic effect was the best in following process parameters, reaction temperature was 150~170 ℃, reaction time was 2~4 h and the catalyst dosage was 2 g. The catalyst still had good activity after repeated use for 4 times.
