摘  要:针对某大型炼化企业炼油污水处理场废气非甲烷总烃(NMHC)超标的问题,结合污水处理场废气处理设施的现状,通过对比不同废气处理设施工艺技术的优缺点,选择三箱型蓄热燃烧法(RTO)工艺技术用于污水处理场废气治理,消除了污水处理场存在的环保隐患,确保排放废气中NMHC质量浓度满足环保排放要求。In view of the problem that the non methane hydrocarbon(NMHC) in the waste gas from the refinery wastewater treatment plant of a large refinery enterprise exceeded the standard requirement, combined with current situation of the waste gas treatment facilities in the wastewater treatment plant, and by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different waste gas treatment facilities, the three box thermal storage combustion(RTO) process technologywas selected for waste gas treatment, and the potential environmental hazards in the wastewater treatment plant was eliminated, which ensured that NMHC mass concentration in the exhaust gas met environmental emission requirements.
